01Team dynamics & culture
Teambuilding that lasts past Monday, new teams setting their own rules, tense teams learning to say what they think.
9 facilitators with complementary specialties. We diagnose the blockage, design the right session and run it through to decisions the team owns, because they're theirs.
They trusted us
More than 50 organizations have called us into the room, from multinationals to teams of twelve.
Pick the sentence that sounds most familiar. We'll show you exactly what facilitation brings there.
Six directions, one standard. Every project starts with a diagnosis, based on which we choose the facilitator (or team of facilitators) that fits your needs.

We understand the context, the people and the real goal, often different from the one in the first email.
We build the session's architecture: the right methods, in the right order, for your group.
The team does the work, we hold the process. The whole room participates, not just the vocal few.
We check what changed after 30 days. Results are measured at the office, not in the room.
Every organization is a network of teams. Everything they do when they work together falls into four categories. Spin, tap, explore: the compass shows you where the blockage is in your organization and which methods unlock it.

Send your ideaIn classic training, the focus is on transferring information from an expert to the participants. Facilitation starts from the premise that your team already has the technical expertise it needs, but needs a clear process to reach results. We create the frame, the structure and the psychological safety for your people to collaborate, debate ideas, make owned decisions and solve complex problems together. We don't hand you prefabricated answers; we help you generate the best ones yourselves.
Complex organizational challenges call for a multidisciplinary approach that a single person can rarely cover. Our team brings together 9 experts with complementary specializations: from Strategic Foresight and Sociocracy to Design Thinking, Applied Improvisation and Visual Thinking. That lets us design complex process architectures, scale interventions for very large groups, and assign exactly the facilitator (or team of facilitators) your needs call for.
We don't believe in off-the-shelf solutions and we never deliver the same program twice. Every organization has a unique DNA, which is why every project starts with a careful diagnosis phase. Based on it, we create a 100% custom process design, combining the methodologies that fit the business goals we've agreed on together.
Against the goals set in the diagnosis phase. A successful facilitation process translates into tangible results: decisions made quickly and owned by all participants, clear action plans, fewer communication blockages between departments and more autonomy in the team. The impact shows in how the team applies the new behaviors back at the office, and that's exactly what we evaluate in the follow-up sessions.
The structure of our team and the methodologies we use give us full flexibility. We facilitate intimate, high-complexity sessions for leadership teams and boards (6–15 participants), and we also have the tools (Improvisation, Design Thinking, Liberating Structures, Open Space Technology) for large-scale interventions with 50, 100 or over 200 participants at once.
Yes to both. Face-to-face interaction remains the ideal medium for cohesion, but we have the expertise and the digital tools (collaborative platforms like Miro or Mural) for remote or hybrid sessions with excellent engagement, and we fully adapt the session design to fight digital fatigue and keep everyone active. We regularly facilitate in English for international teams and mixed groups.
We put the principles of facilitation on stickers. We hand them out at workshops and events: they stick to laptops, the ideas stick with the team.
